  5. Gramm-Leach, Bliley Privacy Act: Federal restrictions to obtaining bank account and other financial information through pretexting.
  6. National Check Fraud Center:  A creative list of potential ways to obtain Bank account information without breaking federal privacy laws.
  7. Banking Officer Violation Database:  U.S. Gov. Database of National, Federal and Foreign Banks, officers, stockholders, directors, employees and affiliated parties.
  8. EscapeArtist:  Good list of links to banks and stockmarkets all over the world.  Beware of advertisements however that encourage you to invest or start your own bank.
