  5. National Obituary Archive: A searchable database that you can choose the city and state or choose an advanced search in which you can narrow your search by name.  Hard to say how up to date or complete the database is.
  7. Funeral Depot.com: National Obituaries Page:   Provides links to many Newspapers that provide obituary listings online.  Only a few papers per state however.
